Now you can renew your U.S Passport easily and quickly, there are two ways with which you can renew your US Passport.

First Method: By walking in to US Passport Bureau Office and submitting the documents required for the Renew of US Passport with that documents you will have to submit your old expired US Passport to the US Passport Bureau Office when you visit the Office of US Passport Bureau. Second Method: By Mailing you can also renew your US Passport, just you need to submit a form through mail and your U.S Passport renewal process will be started.

The processing time for the Renewal of the US Passport will be according to the Postal mail service as soon as the mail reaches the US Passport bureau the progress of the US Passport Renewal will be started.

 

To renew your US passport, please follow these steps:

 

Determine if you are eligible to renew your passport. You can renew your passport if:

• Your most recent passport is undamaged and can be submitted with your application
• You were at least 16 years old when your most recent passport was issued
• Your most recent passport was issued within the last 15 years
• Your most recent passport was issued in your current name or you have legal documentation of a name change.

Complete form DS-82: Application for Passport Renewal. This form can be found on the US Department of State website. Fill out the form completely and accurately.

Gather supporting documents. You will need to include your most recent passport, a passport photo, and the renewal fee. If you have changed your name, you will also need to include legal documentation of the name change.

Submit your application. You can submit your application in one of the following ways:

• Mail your application to the address listed on the form.
• Use a delivery service (such as FedEx or UPS) to mail your application.
• Make an appointment at a US Department of State Passport Agency.

Track your application status. You can track the status of your application online or by calling the National Passport Information Center at 1-877-487-2778.

It is recommended that you renew your passport at least six months before it expires, as many countries require that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry.
